DEI & Community Outreach

The DEI & Community Outreach Committee is created with the understanding that advancing the success of women in commercial real estate must include advancing the power and success of women in underrepresented groups by working to overcome the institutional biases and barriers within the commercial real estate industry. The Committee leads the chapter’s efforts for promoting diversity and inclusivity in the CRE industry through education, conversation and data sharing. 

The Committee engages with youth in the community to help educate them about the vast career opportunities in commercial real estate. This is achieved through various volunteer and outreach activities throughout the year with community organizations and local public schools.
