Join CREW-Detroit for its signature "Hard Hat and No Heels" event, offering an exclusive look at the ambitious adaptive reuse of Lee Plaza. Once a towering symbol of Detroit's decay, this historic landmark is being meticulously restored by the Roxbury Group.
The evening begins with a cocktail and hors d'oeuvres hour in the stunning Art Deco arcade of the Fisher Building. Afterward, guests will be transported by coach for a private tour of Lee Plaza, a roughly 10-minute drive. Witness the remarkable transformation firsthand, including the $60 million first phase creating 117 affordable senior apartments and the planned $20 million second phase for market-rate units. This event provides a unique opportunity to network and explore the revival of a Detroit icon.
