Clear the Noise: Protect Your Energy and Find Your Voice at Work

Success at work requires more than managing deadlines and showing up for others. It also requires knowing how to show up for yourself.
Some work situations take more energy than they should. You replay them, explain away the frustration, try to move past them, and suddenly they are taking up more space than they deserve.
Join CREW Detroit in this interactive session, where participants will learn a simple tool to sort through what is happening, separate facts from assumptions, and decide what needs to be clarified, reset, or said. Attendees will leave with practical steps they can use right away to protect their energy, communicate clearly, and move forward with more confidence.
You’ll leave with practical tools to:
Strengthen self-trust and recognize your internal cues.
Identify where your energy is going—and where it needs protection.
Set healthy boundaries and navigate difficult conversations.
Communicate your needs while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Build sustainable habits that support both career success and personal well-being.
