Entry forms must be submitted by May 2026.
Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Detroit is pleased to announce the call for entries for its 2026 Annual Impact Awards, honoring properties with a positive impact on Detroit and the Southern Michigan region. The awards recognize one new construction project, one renovation/adaptive reuse project, and one special impact project (new or renovation) that significantly improves their surrounding communities.
Projects must be substantially completed between January 1, 2025 and July 1, 2026 to be eligible for the 2025 Impact Awards. Projects submitted in years past are not eligible.
