Member Engagement
Subcommittee
The Member Engagement Subcommittee aims to enhance the member experience and ensure that members receive value through their membership and participation in CREW Detroit. The Committee educates members on the benefits available to them at the local and network level and assists new and existing members with making connections through one-on-one meetings, dine-arounds and other small group activities. The committee strives to unify members and help them feel welcome. Duties include:
Design events to promote member-to-member relationships, providing members with new clients, contacts and connections including dine arounds, coffee chats, peer-to-peer group forums, and happy hours.
Manage Welcome Table at CREW events.
Support CREW 101 events.
Plan annual Holiday/Year-in-Review gathering.
Create resources to educate members on the benefits available to them.
