Backed by more than 3,800 professionals across our affiliated entity Plante Moran, we deliver tailored solutions that align with each client’s mission and long-term goals.

Our services span three core areas: real estate consulting, offering development advisory, feasibility studies, market analysis, and workplace planning; real estate transactions, including occupier representation, acquisitions and dispositions, debt procurement, and lease administration; and owner’s representation/project management, where we plan and oversee capital projects from concept through completion. What does community engagement mean to your company?
Community engagement is a responsibility we embrace at every level of our firm—both collectively and individually.

At one level, we engage as a firm and as individuals to support causes we believe in. Through our Plante Moran Cares (PM Cares) initiative, we connect staff to opportunities that improve the well-being of individuals in the communities where we live, work, and identify. Each year, our firm votes on a rotating list of causes to support. While PM Cares is a firm-wide initiative, each office selects specific causes and activities that reflect the needs and passions of their local communities—focusing on time, talent, and meaningful involvement over financial contributions. This ensures that our efforts remain grassroots, locally driven, and aligned with our “We Care” attitude. Other causes near to our hearts include the American Heart Association Heart Walk—raising awareness for heart disease, the leading cause of death in the U.S.—and of course, CREW Detroit, where our team helps advance women in commercial real estate through mentorship, leadership, and advocacy. We also support various professional associations that are dedicated to improving the industries we serve. To name a few of the many we support: Michigan Leadership Institute, Metro Bureau, the National Alliance of Black School Educators (NABSE), LeadingAge, Association for Jewish Aging Services (AJAS), and many more.

At another level, we believe the work we do as a firm also creates a lasting impact on the businesses and communities we serve. Whether it’s helping municipalities move forward on economic development projects to revitalize neighborhoods or supporting nonprofits, schools, and hospitals in updating and improving their facilities to better serve their missions, we are proud to know that our work helps build thriving, resilient communities. For example, we’ve helped schools improve facilities to create safer, more inspiring learning environments, and we’ve supported transformative projects like The HAWK in Farmington Hills, a 2022 CREW Impact Award winner, which expanded access to arts and athletics while preserving a beloved community space.
